Conflict Minerals Policy Statement

Pan-Continental Chemical Co., Ltd. is committed to promoting supply chain transparency and responsible sourcing practices. We recognize that the extraction, transportation, and trade of certain minerals may be associated with risks of armed conflict, serious human rights abuses, and improper financial support to armed groups, particularly in the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and other conflict-affected and high-risk areas (CAHRAs).

To fulfill our corporate social responsibility and uphold responsible sourcing principles, our company is committed to the following:

1. No Support for Illegally Sourced Conflict Minerals

We do not support, nor do we knowingly procure or use, minerals or metals that are illegally mined, sourced from conflict-affected and high-risk areas, or linked to the financing of armed groups or serious human rights abuses.

2. Supply Chain Due Diligence

We require our suppliers to exercise reasonable due diligence on the source and chain of custody of gold, tantalum, tin, and tungsten (collectively referred to as “3TG”) contained in the products they supply to us. Suppliers are expected to establish appropriate traceability and management systems to identify and mitigate conflict minerals risks.

3. Supplier Requirements

Our suppliers must commit to ensuring that the products they provide do not contain minerals sourced from conflict-affected or high-risk areas in a manner that is inconsistent with responsible sourcing principles. Suppliers are also required to cooperate in providing relevant due diligence information, and to ensure that their own upstream suppliers adhere to the same standards.

4. Risk Management and Continuous Improvement

We will continue to monitor developments in applicable conflict minerals regulations, industry standards, and customer requirements, and will review and update our procurement policies, supplier management measures, and internal control procedures on a rolling basis to strengthen supply chain transparency and compliance.

5. Collaboration and Commitment

We will continue to work closely with our supply chain partners to promote responsible mineral sourcing, reduce supply chain risks, and contribute to the protection of human rights, business ethics, and sustainable development.
